Our Ministries

Worship Service

“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
– John 4:23-24

With worship being the primary mode of expression of our salvation, it is clear why worship is the central focus of any service that we offer. Within the worship service, we give voice to our testimony and our gratitude. Just like the tenth leper in Luke 10 who turned around to give thanks once he realized that Christ healed him, we too take time to express our gratitude for all that God has done in our lives. We know, by revelation of scripture, that God is looking for the worshippers to worship Him, and our whole ministry is founded on that reality. Christ marked worship as the central element of wholeness. It is our primary source of transformation and our means of growth and development.

Christian Development
Christian Education

“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”  – II Timothy 2:15

“But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” – II Peter 3:18

“… It is written, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” – Matthew 4:4

“Wisdom is the principle thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” – Proverbs 4:7

It is on these scriptures that our Christian Education Program has been founded. We recognize the call of God in our lives to continually grow and develop as His chosen people and to focus our attention on His Word for instruction. It is by His grace that we are afforded the opportunity to become more Christ-like and it is through revelation of His Word that we shall see that manifest. Therefore, the goal of the Christian Education Program is to arm us with the Word of God so that we are prepared to face a world that is ever changing and ever-challenging.

Discipleship

“Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” – Proverbs 27:17

The Discipleship Quadrant is an application ministry that brings connectivity between what the Word says and how we live. Our goal is to make the Word we know to be the Word we live through fellowship and small group discussions. We focus on how faith in the cross helps us not only in crisis situations, but also in every area of our daily lives. We understand that it is through the interaction of fellowship and coming together that we are perfected.

“BEHOLD, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” – Psalm 133:1

Covenant Brothers & Women of Power

“BEHOLD, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” – Psalm 133:1

Adult
Relationship
Support

“Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” – Proverbs 11:14

Today’s times are an antagonistic environment to intimate relationships. In this ever-rigorous climate, committed relationships are always under assault. It is our mission to provide insight from the Word of God in all stages of committed relationships including dating, pre-marital, and marital counseling so that we are walking in wisdom and obedience to God concerning these important areas of our lives.

Family Ministries
Hero’s Ministry

“… I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfill all my will.” – Acts 13:22

A hero is defined as a person admired for his/her achievement and noble qualities, one that shows great courage. Heroes tend to inspire, motivate, and give counsel. Typically when we think of heroes in these times our mind wanders far beyond the home, but the ultimate heroes at the end of the day are parents. The roles of police officers, teachers, and lawyers are all socially created for artificial order, but embedded in us from creation is a grace to develop simply as men and women. Therefore, the Hero’s Ministry is designed to unlock the grace that is on each and every man and woman to be followers of Christ in their homes and examples unto their children. The Hero’s Ministry assists our parents in becoming all that God has called them to be.

Youth &
Children’s
Ministry

“Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.” – Psalm 127:3

The role of the Youth and Children’s Ministry is to diligently teach our children to love the Lord their God with all their heart, soul, and might. We are confident that raising them in the presence of God unlocks blessings for their lives. Therefore, to ensure the blessings of their tomorrow, we give them God today.

Broadcast Ministries

“And he said unto them, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” – Mark 16:15

We were called to be witnesses from where we are, out into the world: to start here and reach there. Armed with the revelation of the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ and what that means for our lives, it is the goal of the Broadcast Ministries to take the person of Christ, and not the philosophy of Christianity, to the entire world. It is our mission to preach the gospel worldwide.

RML Ministries: Evangelistic Ministries

“… and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” – Acts 1:8

Our call to witness for Christ goes far beyond the four walls of our church and even the borders of our city limits. We were called to reach the city, state, and world for Jesus. In this effort, we shall develop worship centers nationwide where Christ is the celebrated focus. It is the goal of the Evangelistic Ministry to take Christ to the world.

Good Samaritan Ministries

“For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” – Matthew 25:35-40

Just as in the parable of the good Samaritan in Luke 10:25-37, who, while on a journey somewhere else encounters a person who had fallen victim to the twists and turns of life and stopped what he was doing to help him, we recognize that there are those in our own paths who are under circumstances that are out of their control. The Good Samaritan Ministries was developed in order to show love unto the neighbors we create daily as we take the time to be kind to those we come across. For through that parable we have learned that we do not find neighbors, we make them. These include the incarcerated, convalescent, and the poor. For Christ said Himself that when we have reached out our hand to the least in the kingdom, we have done it unto Him.
