Pastor Samuel Minnis faithfully serves as the Quadrant Pastor of the Good Samaritan division of the ministry. His responsibilities include the oversight and direction of the multi-pronged outreach components of the Dunamis Outreach Ministries. He has been a steadfast and conscientious member of DOM since 1995. Pastor Minnis is a committed family man who is determined to trust God absolutely and base his daily life on God’s instructive Word. The expression of God’s love, particularly to the hurting and lost, is the focus of his life. He is the devoted husband to his wife, Katrina.
