Senior Pastor Kelly Lane and her beloved husband, Pastor Reginald Lane, co-founded the Dunamis Outreach Ministries on June 9, 1991. She conducts the chief oversight of the church administration and all ministry-related auxiliaries, departments and operations.

Pastor Kelly Lane has an excellent spirit and a deep, rich love for The God of her salvation. She is a skilled teacher with a powerful prophetic gifting. Known affectionately as Pastor Kelly, she has blessed untold numbers with her insightful counsel and brilliant issue resolution methodologies.

Her graceful approach to the operation of the ministry is undergirded by a deep dedication to prayer and her desire to follow the absolute will of God. She emphasizes that from its very inception the mission of DOM has been to develop a community of men, women, and children who know God and have genuine and uncompromised relationships with Jesus Christ.

With a particularly compassionate and concerned heart for women, she leads the Women of Power ministry sector with a keen dedication to the practical application of The Word of God. Her goal is to help forge women and men into righteous instruments for The Master’s use.

Pastor Kelly is committed to the notion that believers must stand fast against the lies of the enemy as she declares that the “Dunamis Outreach Ministries will live up to its God-given name.”

As a woman of God who has emerged from the fire as pure gold, she shines as a faithful daughter, a loving and devoted mother of four children and a doting grandmother to seven.
