Pastor Linda Harper is designated as an assistant pastor in the Dunamis Outreach Ministries. She joined the ministry in 1994 and has served the ministry in multiple capacities since that time. Pastor Harper oversees the Elders Council and seriously grasps the important charge of attentively caring for the people of God. In her responsibilities as a counselor and expounder of The Word of God, she seeks to encourage people to experience the life changing excellence of God and His truth as they cultivate a dynamic relationship with The Holy Spirit.

She is a member of the Women of Power staff and actively participates in outreach ministry to incarcerated women. Pastor Harper is especially dedicated to the process of prayer and the pursuit of Biblical understanding. Her earnest desire is to see others reconciled to The One True God through His risen Son, The Lord Jesus Christ, as they see Him in the perfection of His vast love, great grace, and triumphant power.
